Return your containers to have them refilled with any of our currently available fragrances!

Note: We only refill vessels that were previously purchased through us.

Tip: Fill your container with water to get an idea of how many ounces of wax you will need.

Thank you for your interest in reusing your RetroWix vessels. Here are the steps to get your candle vessel refilled:

1. Fill out the Candle Refill Service form below.

2. Once submitted, check your email for a confirmation with detailed instructions. If you didn't receive, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@retrowix.com.

3. The refill process can take up to 5-10 days from the date we receive your empty vessels. We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of the vessels, along with a link to pay for your refills. We will begin the refill process after payment is received.

4. You will receive a confirmation email when your refilled candles are ready to ship back to you.

**Shipping fees to RetroWix are the responsibility of the customer. RetroWix disclaims all liability for damage brought on by improper customer packaging. RetroWix will ship back to you at no extra cost once refill is complete.
